While it was acknowledged that the market was saturated with Web Developers, Graphic Designers, Photographers and indeed Hardware Engineers, no company effectively offered such services as a collective in this area. Understanding the demand on time experienced by any business owner, it is clear that if a supplier could offer all these services, whilst maintaining exceptionally high standards at the same time, this would be a great benefit to the small to medium business.
BalanceSuccessfully assembling a team of people capable of delivering the required services to the standards demanded, using a combination of Higher Education and Experience within the industry allowed Fire Circle to be created and offer exactly that benefit.

The company started out, and continue to operate, with a de-centralised work force. Using cutting-edge technology allowing seamless communication through VPN (Virtual Private Network), VoIP (Voice over IP) and video conferencing, the Fire Circle team can operate without the need for a large central office for all staff, and thus cut overheads enormously, all of which contributes to the lower price offered to the customer.
Fire Circle is run from an office in Leeds, with clients as far a field as the Netherlands. The capability is in place to operate just as successfully remotely as in person, as demonstrated by the presence of customers outside Leeds. Despite the wide area serviced by the company, a close relationship is always maintained with the customer through their dedicated Fire Circle contact irrespective of the size of the company.
