If the issue cannot be fixed instantly using our state-of-the-art remote control software, an engineer will visit your site and attempt to resolve the issue in person. If there is a fault with your hardware, we will liaise with the manufacturer through to a complete fix to leave your hands completely untied to get on with running your business.
When contacting Fire Circle, you will always deal one-to-one with your support contact, this gives them the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of you and your infrastructure and offer you the best possible service.
Beyond your support contact, should they not be able to offer a first-time fix, our second-line engineers have over 50 years combined experience in IT system setup and support and offer a wealth of knowledge to perform an on-site fix.
