Peace Of Mind

Once your site has been built and is ready to go live, it must be hosted on a publicly accessable server in order for people using the internet to see it. At Fire Circle we can offer this service using our dedicated servers to host your website reliably and securely.

Alongside our standard hosting plans, we also offer comprehensive Mangement and Maintainence plans which include dedicated man hours per month to make any updates and/or alterations to your site within a set Service Level Agreement. These plans ensure your site is always kept up to date, and any issues your site experiences are dealt with swiftly and most importantly without incurring further cost.

Hosting, Management & Maintenance Packages

Our management and maintenance plans are a constant source of positive feedback from our customers and one of the services that sets us apart from the standard Web Design Agencies. These plans provide not only the disk space to store your website on and a monthly data transfer limit, but also include full support and maintainence of your site AND a pre-determined number of man hours which can be spent on updating your site or making structural changes each month.

Management and maintenance plans essentially provide you with the peace of mind that your website will always be live and up to date, with the added convienience that there is someone on the end of the phone to quickly perform any required updates to the site.

Bandwith limits are flexible and can be ajusted as required. Custom Maintainence Packages can be drawn up for larger websites. Please don't hesitate to give us a call if you require assitance with these hosting options.

Standard Hosting Packages

Standard hosting plans include the disk space to store your website on and a monthly data transfer limit - a degree of technical knowledge is required in order to maintain the site though a control panel interface once the site is sent live by Fire Circle. Any future alterations you wish to have performed on your website by Fire Circle are billed at a standard rate of £50 per hour.

Standard hosting plans are also available to customers who do not purchase websites through Fire Circle. In this circumstance, the customer is given access to a feature rich control panel which allows full control of the web space. Customers wishing to purchase hosting without purchasing a website or other services from Fire Circle still enjoy the same level of customer support and great value as those who do.
